All goods are delivered exclusively in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Our prices include 19% VAT.
Please note that for deliveries outside of Germany you may have to pay import duties, which are not included in our prices.
All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to supply your order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from your order at any time, in which case our only liability to you will be to refund,
without interest, any money paid to us for those goods which we can no longer supply.
You can cancel your order in writing within 14 days without any reason.
The return of the undamaged product by prepaid mail/Courier within this period of time is considered a cancellation.
The goods remain the property of viva-mexico-design until we have received full payment.
Our products are handmade and therefore they may differ slightly from what is shown on the photographs in our website.
You should remember that buying goods over the internet is different to buying them in a shop. In particular you should be aware that:
1. The colors of the items shown on the website may vary from how they appear to you when you have the item in your hands because of various factors, including the way you display them.
2. The size and shape of the items may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen.
We have provided measurements in the descriptions of all items so that you can check if the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose.
